Soulmate Crystals ships exclusively via Australia Post who are committed to building a more sustainable future by reducing the environmental impacts of operations and deliveries via an enterprise emissions reduction target.

Parcels under 3kg include insurance up to $100 and email tracking. Signature on delivery is optional for small parcels and required for medium and larger parcels.

Optional insurance for items valued over $100 is available via Extra Cover and charged at Australia Post rates of $2.50 for each subsequent $100 of cover (above the $100 included cover) up to $5,000. Additional insurance is optional and separately charged based on your requirements.

The fees are set by Australia Post and are current as of 30 July, 2025. Parcel weight includes goods plus packing materials and shipping carton. The $2.95 Signature on Delivery fee (indicated as Signed Delivery) gives you greater protection against stolen mail and ensures your precious crystals and goods from Soulmate Crystals are delivered directly to you or taken to a local Post Office for collection. Please note Soulmate Crystals is not responsible for lost or stolen mail and we do not offer replacements, credits or refunds in these circumstances. We highly recommend you choose a signed delivery option if you live in an apartment complex or do not have a safe place to leave parcels.

Express Delivery Times within Australia

Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.

 

International shipping

International shipping is available to the following Australia Post zones outside of Australia and fees are calculated at checkout:

• New Zealand (Zone 1)
• Asia (Zone 2) (Excluding China)
• United States & Canada (Zone 3)
• UK & Europe (Zone 4)

These are the exact rates charged by Australia Post including the $5.50 signature on delivery fee for standard international shipping (signature on delivery is included in Express). Customs and taxes may be charged in your country and is the responsibility of the customer not Soulmate Crystals. When ordering from our store and shipping to your country you agree to accept responsibility for any applicable customs and taxes. We are obligated by law to describe purchased goods as accurately as possible and do not describe items as gifts with zero dollar value. Delivery timeframes for international post services via Australia Post is based on time between metro areas of major cities. Excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post's control. Tracking may not available for all countries but should be for most major zones:

• 6+ business days for Standard
• 2-4 business days for Express

 

Shipping timelines are indicative only and are often impacted by global events like Covid and peak shopping events. Soulmate Crystals is not responsible for the time it takes for your parcel to reach you.

 

• Orders must be packed in a standard box that is large enough for the required customs form.
• Customers are responsible for customs clearance and any taxes and fees charged in their country.
• Your patience is required when shipping internationally as it takes longer and costs more than local shipping in your own country.
• Soulmate Crystals only charge Australia Post shipping fees including Signature of Delivery fee (for Standard International shipping this is $5.50).
• Additional, optional insurance is available for orders valued over $100.
• If your parcel exceeds 1kg you will be required to pay excess shipping fees relevant to the weight and value of the order. Any additional charges will be invoiced separately and must be paid prior to order fulfillment.
• The weight of the shipping carton, shipping label, customs documents and packing materials must be factored into the overall weight and dimension of your order.
• We will happily answer any questions you might have.

 

Order processing

Orders are processed between 1-3 business days once payment has cleared. Orders received over the weekend will be processed the following week.

 

Lost or damaged items

Your order will be packed with the greatest of care so that you receive your items intact. We will use recycled materials whenever available. If, in the unfortunate circumstance your parcel is lost in transit we will endeavor to help you locate it. However, Soulmate Crystals is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.

 

A note on shipping

We have no desire to profit from shipping. Because crystals and minerals all have unique shapes, sizes and weights, we offer a range of shipping options for Australian customers.  

There are genuine benefits to shopping online that save us time and money. However, it’s important to remember there are real costs associated with shipping goods and running a small, independently owned and operated online crystal shop – many of which are invisible to the customer.
